Job Title: Ad Campaign Manager
About the Role
We are a new AI-native software development agency looking to acquire our first clients through paid advertising. We're seeking a skilled individual to manage small-scale ad campaigns on Meta and Google. The initial focus will be on lean test campaigns, primarily targeting India, with some focus on the US and UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize small-budget ad campaigns.
- Develop ad copy, targeting strategies, and basic creative direction.
- Implement and manage pixels, conversions, and tracking.
- Scale campaigns as we acquire clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta and Google ads.
- Ideally, experience with agencies or service-based businesses.
- Ability to work with small budgets and achieve results.
- Willingness to start small and scale with the agency.
Compensation
- Modest monthly retainer.
- Bonus upon securing a client through ads.
