About the Role

BeOutlier is hiring a sales representative for a 1-month gig to drive enrollments for the next 2 cohorts of our Summer Fellowship Program in Malad and Mulund.

BeOutlier runs hands-on programs where teenagers learn entrepreneurship by building a D2C brand from scratch and selling at a live flea market. For more context, visit beoutlier.in.

We already have lead sources in place:

Meta leads
Tuition class tie-ups
Broadcast campaigns
Posters / flyers

You’ll receive qualified leads. Your role is to own conversions.

Responsibilities

Pitch clearly to parents / students
Nurture interested leads
Move them to screening calls
Follow up diligently
Close enrollments

Requirements

Strong communicator
Good on calls
Consistent with follow-ups
Handles objections well
Works independently

Targets

60 enrollments for Malad
60 enrollments for Mulund

Compensation

Fixed: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for the month
Incentive on every conversion closed

Location

Remote preferred, Mumbai is a plus
