About the Role

I run a GoHighLevel agency and I'm scaling outbound. I am hiring full-cycle closers. Please note that this is not a booking gig; you own the entire process from end to end.

You will be responsible for cold calling the leads provided, following up, chasing leads through every "call me next week," handling objections, and closing the deal yourself. From the first dial to the signed client, the process is yours.

What I Provide

  • Qualified, hyper-targeted leads: I build and enrich the lists myself. No prospecting or list-building is required on your end.
  • Compliance: Every number is compliance-checked (DNC-scrubbed) before it reaches you.
  • Proven Offer: A recurring-revenue offer that local-service business owners genuinely want. I will walk shortlisted candidates through the full offer and scripts on a call.
  • Support: Positioning, talk-track, and ongoing support so you are never winging it.

Requirements

  • Local-service sales experience: You must have experience selling to local business owners (home services, trades, clinics, brick-and-mortar) and understand how these owners think, talk, and buy. (Note: If you have only sold SaaS to corporate buyers, you will likely struggle here).
  • Proven phone closing experience: This is a closing role, not an appointment-setting role.
  • Communication: Clean, confident, neutral English.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet, a professional headset, and a quiet workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Relentless on follow-up, coachable, and able to start this week.

Compensation

  • 15% commission on every client you close, paid every month that the client stays.
  • This is recurring, stacking, and uncapped.

Location

  • Fully remote.
