Return (https://return.energy) is hiring a Senior Ruby/Rails Developer to join their team. This is a remote position within the EU, offering both full-time and 4-day work week options.
About Return
Return is building and operating industrial-size Battery Energy Storage Systems to accelerate the transition to carbon-free energy. They have operations in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Spain and recently raised €300M to support their growth. The technical team is currently small (15 people), and their platform automates processes in energy storage, monitoring, market optimization, sales, project management, procurement, construction, and customer service.

You will be working on internal tools that support various business departments.

Responsibilities
- Working on internal tools that support business departments.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Applying automated and manual testing.
- Deploying the platform multiple times per day.
