About the Role
We're a revenue-generating content studio (7-figure ARR) that helps e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, coaches, and local service businesses build real audiences on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram — zero ad spend. We're looking for remote Business Development Scouts to expand our client roster.
In plain terms, you will:
- Find businesses that could benefit from organic traffic.
- Introduce them to your team.
- No cold decks, no demos, no closing calls. You just make the connection, hand it off to your designated team, and move on. Our sales team takes it from there.
Compensation
The earning structure includes:
- Base: $15/hr from day one
- Referral Bonus: 15% of the first month’s contract value per closed deal — contracts typically land between $5K–$15K/month.
On a typical sales month, that’s $2,500-$7,500 in your pocket.
- Volume: Top performers are consistently passing 10+ qualified leads monthly
- Progression: Hit your targets and you transition off commission onto a fixed monthly salary (four to five figures) with a continued cut of what you bring in — we deliberately move high performers to this structure
- Residual Income: Active accounts continue generating a smaller ongoing percentage for you, indefinitely
