Dashdoc is a SaaS Transport Management System for road freight. We help carriers and shippers run transport operations on one shared platform.
About the Role
We’re hiring a product-minded engineer to help us expand in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving regional blockers—such as e-CMR mandates, digital waste regulations, Dutch/Flemish accounting standards, and regional carrier workflows—and turning them into shipped product.
You will work directly with customers, sales, CSMs, and product teams. Your role involves spending time with carriers in Belgium and the Netherlands, observing user behavior, analyzing regulations, and then specifying, building, deploying, and measuring features yourself.

Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (required for regional expansion).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to own ambiguous product problems from end-to-end.
- Commitment to simple UX and clean code.
- You enjoy deleting code as much as adding it.
