About the Role
ThousandEyes helps organizations detect and resolve problems that affect digital experiences across networks. The Account Management team builds services for customer identity, access, entitlements, and contracts.
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide architecture across secure, scalable microservices, high-throughput APIs, and customer-facing web apps.
Responsibilities
- Lead work such as application migrations, API and workflow modernization, and service decoupling.
- Improve system reliability and developer productivity.
- Mentor engineers across the team.
Logistics
- Hybrid Schedule: Two days in the office each week (San Francisco or San Jose).
- Requirement: At least one day every two weeks must be in San Jose for sprint planning.
