Role Purpose
The Senior Key Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and distribution for company products while managing an allocated territory and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through market visits, driving sales, and understanding the RS (Redistribution Stockist) system.
- Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
- Negotiate with the RS and develop team members on managing customers to obtain more business.
- Monitor competitive activities closely and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate actions to counter such activities.
- Monitor the performance of the RS and the RS sales team systematically and take corrective action regarding infrastructure gaps.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Full-time Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Well-versed with RS appointment and sales planning.
- Experience in conducting promotional activities and execution.
- Decent communication skills in English and the local language.
