About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our software development team.

This role involves supporting users of our software products and ensuring a smooth, professional support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, or support platform
  • Troubleshoot basic product or account-related issues
  • Escalate technical bugs and complex cases to the development team

Requirements

  • Native-level English fluency required (clear, natural written communication is essential)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts simply

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting SaaS or software products
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
  • Basic understanding of web applications or APIs (a plus, not required)
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams

Compensation & Schedule

  • $30 to $60 per hour based on performance.
  • Flexible schedule with agreed response-time coverage expectations
