About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our software development team.

- Escalate technical bugs and complex cases to the development team
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency required (clear, natural written communication is essential)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts simply
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS or software products
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
- Basic understanding of web applications or APIs (a plus, not required)
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Compensation & Schedule
- $30 to $60 per hour based on performance.
- Flexible schedule with agreed response-time coverage expectations
