Law Clerk – Washington, DC (Onsite | Long-Term)

Looking to gain federal litigation exposure and strengthen your legal research & writing skills? We’re hiring Law Clerks for a long-term engagement in Washington, DC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for JD graduates, current law students, or legal professionals seeking meaningful work in litigation support.

About the Role

  • Conduct complex legal research (Westlaw, Lexis)
  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence
  • Review case documents for relevance and privilege
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including eDiscovery
  • Collaborate with trial attorneys, experts, and staff

Requirements

  • 🎓 JD degree OR currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school (1+ year completed)
  • 🖊️ Strong legal research & writing skills
  • ⚖️ Knowledge of federal and state court systems
  • 🇺🇸 U.S. Citizenship (required)

Preferred:

  • 🏛️ Prior litigation support or government experience
  • 💻 Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms & litigation support tools

Compensation

  • Law Clerk I: $25–$30/hr (W2 only)
  • Law Clerk II: $32–$38/hr (W2 only) (Rates depend on experience and qualifications)
