About the Role
Our creator management agency is looking for experienced chatters to join our team. This is a remote, long-term position with fixed shifts.
Note: We do not hire based on "vibes." We conduct detailed interviews and require candidates to discuss real-world situations, results delivered, and specific platforms they have worked on. If you cannot provide detailed, verifiable experience, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
- Chat on behalf of creators, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Follow model-specific SOPs and guidelines during every shift.
- Work under a supervisor and maintain proactive communication.
- Commit to fixed 8-hour shifts (GMT+8).
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Must have serious, hands-on experience that can be backed up with specific details.
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
- Technical: Reliable internet connection.
- Communication: Strong, natural English writing skills.
- Reliability: High level of consistency in attendance and performance.
