About the Role
Endless Access is a mission-oriented organization focused on bridging the global digital divide. Our core strategy involves a community game-making program that guides learners from playing games to creating them. We are seeking a Tech Lead for our learner community platform.
This is a true tech lead position where you will be responsible for making implementation decisions, maintaining high standards, and owning the shared delivery plan. You will partner with a product lead on strategy and an engineering manager for roadmapping and delivery, while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
Organizational Structure
We are a small team of approximately 40 people where everyone is hands-on. Endless is a multi-pronged organization, and this role involves working across two entities that share the platform:
- Hiring Entity: Endless Studios
- Engineering Team: Endless Access
You will collaborate with passionate, brilliant people across both sides of the house.
Technical Stack
- Languages/Frameworks: Node.js, Nuxt/Vue
- API: Apollo, GraphQL
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Background in open-source, community-driven projects, or edtech is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a hands-on capacity within a small team environment.
