About the Role

I am building a remote editing team focused specifically on real estate content and am looking to hire 4–5 reliable video editors for ongoing work. This is intended to be a long-term position with consistent daily volume for the right candidates.

The Workload

• Content Type: Real estate agents & property content.
• Format: 40–60 second short-form videos.
• Volume: Minimum 3 videos per editor per day (10+ videos per day overall).
• Turnaround: Same-day turnaround required.
• Editing Style: Professional, clean, and engaging.
• Key Elements:
  • Captions/subtitles
  • Strong hooks & pacing
  • B-roll integration
  • Sound design/music
  • Smooth transitions
  • Basic motion graphics

Compensation

• Pay: $90–$100 per batch (depending on quality and experience).
• Rate: Approximately $25–$35 per video.

Requirements

• Experience with real estate content is preferred.
• Ability to consistently deliver 5+ videos/day.
• Reliable communication skills.
• Comfortable meeting same-day deadlines.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and editing references.
• Strong attention to detail.
