About the Role
Requirements
- Experience with Elixir or Erlang in production, or polyglot engineer able to pick up new languages quickly
- Solid understanding of Postgres (beyond basic CRUD)
- Hands-on distributed systems experience
- Nice to have: Python & React experience

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and operate production Elixir/Erlang services
- DB schema design, query optimization, scaling strategies
- Collaborate closely with the team on architecture decisions
- Ship incrementally and learn from production
- Debug problems across the stack
- Improve our tooling, and processes as we grow
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150k – $175K + Equity Package
