About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Superstar to join our team full-time. This is a remote, long-term opportunity. You will be booking calls for multiple house cleaning companies.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $3.00 USD/hour + commission.
- Typical monthly earnings: $2,000.00+ USD.
Commission Structure:
- Weekly client: $80.00 ($40 paid out after 1st and 4th payroll period)
- Bi-weekly client: $40.00 ($20 paid out after 1st and 4th payroll period)
- Monthly client: $10.00
- One-time client: $5.00
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker (North American or neutral accent).
- Outgoing and confident – you enjoy connecting with people.
- Competitive – you love winning and hitting goals.
- Sales/business development will be your main role, but if you shine in marketing, PR, or other persuasive roles, there may be more opportunities.
