About the Role
I am hiring for both EM and Senior EM levels to build the automation layer for freight pricing, matching, onboarding, and settlement. You will lead 1-3 teams (FTE + contractors) and own delivery end-to-end.
- Experience: ~8 years of experience typical.
- Technical Expectations: I expect all managers to be technical and able to help unblock the team, though your day-to-day will not be in the code.
- Challenges: Trust/fraud at marketplace scale, integrating legacy data with a modern stack, and solving problems associated with powering hundreds of billions of dollars in annual transactions.
- AI/LLM Policy: We are leaned in, but hold humans responsible for what they push. We expect everyone to review and understand LLM output before asking others to review it.
