Hiring Long-Term YouTube Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve Required)

I'm looking for a reliable long-term video editor for my YouTube channel.

Requirements:

\- Must use DaVinci Resolve 20. This is a requirement, not a preference, as I want to be able to open your project and continue editing from where you left off. You must provide the .drp (or .dra Project Archive) along with the final export.

\- Must edit and export in 4K.

\- Very fast turnaround is essential. Ideally, I need each video completed within 2–3 days of receiving the footage, as I have a backlog of videos I want to publish as quickly as possible.

Typical project:

\- Around 30 minutes to 1 hour of raw screen-recorded gameplay footage.

\- Edited down to approximately 10–15 minutes.

\- The edit should be engaging and YouTube-ready, with:

\- Strong pacing

\- Clean cuts

\- Zooms

\- Camera shakes where appropriate

\- Motion graphics

\- Sound effects

\- Visual effects

\- Basic subtitles/captions if appropriate

The video should be delivered in a state where it's essentially ready for YouTube. My plan is to open your DaVinci project afterwards, review the edit, make any personal finishing touches or creative tweaks I want, then export and upload it myself.

Pay:

\- £100 per hour of raw footage that’s edited, shouldn’t take more than 4-6 hours

\- For example, 1 hour of raw footage = £100.

I'm looking for someone who is:

\- Reliable

\- Easy to communicate with

\- Comfortable receiving feedback

\- Interested in a long-term working relationship with regular projects

If you're interested, please send:

\- Your portfolio/showreel

\- Your Name, Age and Country

\- Examples of YouTube videos you've edited (gaming content preferred)

\- Your typical turnaround time

\- Confirmation that you use DaVinci Resolve 20, can edit in 4K and can provide the project files (.drp/.dra) after each edit.
