What We’re Looking For
We’re specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in:

- Apple Podcasts growth & discoverability
- YouTube podcast/channel growth
- Podcast SEO and metadata
- Episode titles, descriptions, and packaging
- YouTube titles and thumbnails
- Audience retention and engagement
- Platform-specific analytics
- Organic audience acquisition
- Content distribution and repurposing
- Developing practical podcast growth strategies
We’re not looking for someone who simply manages social media. We want someone who understands how podcast platforms actually work and can identify what we should change, test, and optimize to grow the show.
Ideal Candidate
You should ideally have:
- Proven experience growing podcasts
- Hands-on experience with Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
- A strong understanding of podcast analytics and discoverability
- Experience working with creators, founders, media companies, or podcasts
- Examples of podcasts/channels you have helped grow
- Measurable results or case studies you can share
- A practical, data-driven approach rather than generic social media advice
Engagement & Budget
This is a paid consulting engagement.
- Budget: ₹25,000–₹30,000 ($260–$313 USD approximately), depending on the final scope of work.
- The exact scope is still being finalized. We are open to discussing the scope and deliverables during the initial conversation.
- If there’s a strong fit, there may be an opportunity for ongoing paid growth consulting.
