Hiring: Remote Property Lead Researcher for RouteWorkz

RouteWorkz, a Colorado property services company, is looking for a detail-oriented researcher to help identify and qualify potential properties for our services.
Compensation
- Pay: $15/hour
- Status: Starting part-time/project-based
Responsibilities
Your primary role is to research and organize qualified leads into a clean list. You will be responsible for gathering the following information for each lead:
- Property name and location
- Management company
- Website
- Public contact information
- Decision maker (when available)
- Source for the information
I handle all calls, walkthroughs, quotes, relationship management, and closing. Your focus is on research and keeping qualified opportunities in front of me.
What We Are Looking For
I am not looking for thousands of scraped leads. 10 accurate, useful properties are more valuable to me than 500 random names.
This role will start small to ensure a good fit. If you are accurate, communicate well, and consistently find high-quality opportunities, there is room for the role to grow with RouteWorkz.
