100% Remote within the EU (except Germany) Project Start: February – we are looking for 150 new partners!

The hey contact heroes are starting a new, large mobile communications project in the area of Prepaid Customer Service – and for this we are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers to support us in the long term.

If you live within the EU (but not in Germany) and would like to get started with us as a professional customer service partner, you've come to the right place!

About the Role

What awaits you:

  • Friendly and solution-oriented processing of inbound calls regarding prepaid, tariff topics, SIM cards, top-ups & basic technical questions.
  • Structured processes, clear guidelines and a professional project environment.
  • Flexible working hours within the framework of the project – ideal for freelancers who plan their time themselves.
  • Fair remuneration per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model).
  • 100% Remote – You work from your location within the EU.

Training starts in February or March 2026, secure your place early:

We offer several training sessions in February and March 2026, each limited to a fixed number of participants. Attention: The training courses take place over 8-10 days during the day in full-time with 8 hours.

Requirements

What you should definitely bring as a freelancer:

1. Legal & Formal Requirements

  • Business registration / self-employment in an EU country (mandatory)
  • Valid VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) in order to be able to issue proper invoices to us
  • Residence in an EU member state (except Germany)
  • Ability to issue monthly invoices
  • Compliance with data protection, confidentiality and NDA requirements
  • Independent organization of your working hours and capacities

2. Technical & Personal Requirements

  • German language skills at C1 level or higher
  • Initial experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Professional communication, reliability and high service orientation
  • Independent way of working and high process discipline
  • Long-term willingness to participate in the project

3. Technical Requirements

  • Powerful and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
  • Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
  • Quiet, undisturbed workplace in the home office
  • Ability to use our tools & systems safely

4. Availability

  • Regularly planned availabilities and capacities
  • Reliable participation in all training days
  • Willingness to work shifts within the project opening hours
