Remote Onboarding Phone Support

About the Role

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote position with US hours. You will be making calls all day to onboard potential clients for a SaaS product. These individuals have already shown interest and viewed a demo, and require assistance.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Alleviating concerns and answering questions before a sale is finalized.
Guiding clients through the installation process.

While the actual sales are handled by a separate team, this role involves establishing customer relationships and building trust.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential clients.
Representing the company with a clear and friendly voice.

Requirements

Fluent in English
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a plus:
- Spanish
- German
- French
- Italian
- Dutch

Compensation

Base Pay: $15 - $20 per hour
Commission offered
