About the Role
TestGorilla is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale an AI-enabled GTM system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This is not a traditional RevOps or Analytics role. You’ll design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations that make GTM strategy execute reliably at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain GTM workflows (HubSpot, Gong, integrations)
- Automate routing, alerts, deal rules, and inspections
- Translate revenue strategy into system logic
- Connect product, sales, and customer data
- Enable AI-driven GTM signals (e.g. deal risk, expansion)
- Reduce manual ops work through automation
Requirements
- Experience with GTM/RevOps systems
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Systems thinking
- Ability to work from ambiguity
- Interest in AI-driven workflows is a plus
Compensation
€54,840–€68,550 + SARs (equity)
