We are seeking two experienced individuals to join our startup team.
1. Lead Game Developer / Designer
Compensation: $30 - $50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of programmers and designers.
- Work independently and remotely.
- Guide the team to execute our vision.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience working on games.
- Experience in AAA companies.
- Experience with Unity.
- (Preferred) Experience on mobile platforms.
2. Game Producer
Compensation: $30 - $50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project roadmap from start to finish.
- Act as Project Manager.
- Collaborate with the executive team and Lead Developer to ensure the project stays on track.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Warhammer 40k (a plus, but not mandatory).
