Requirements

- Proven ability to lead teams (10+ staff), manage plant operations (>10 MGD), and drive performance across safety, compliance, and delivery.
- Strong experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for projects up to $10M revenue.
- Skilled in building strong client relationships, managing contracts, and leading customer-facing communications with municipalities and stakeholders.
- Understanding of water/wastewater treatment operations, environmental compliance, OSHA standards, and safety programs.
- Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end—balancing timelines, resources, and competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $140,000 to $160,000 per year
