About the Role
Latitude AI is developing automated driving software. As an independent company owned by Ford, we are focused on shipping a consumer-facing product at scale and with reliability. We also have the freedom to move quickly. Our first customer fleet is scheduled for 2026.

Our stack (BQ, various dashboard & notebooking tools, conversational analytics) is heavily used at the company for all decision-making.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have product vision
- Help us adapt for deeper adoption
- Guide customers to solve real problems (rather than focusing on vanity metrics/dashboards or getting stuck in XY-problems)
