Compensation
Performance-based pay structure:
- Influencers: $0.70 / 1K views (50K minimum, no cap)
- Faceless creators: $0.50 / 1K views (50K minimum, up to 2M paid views per platform)
- AI creators: $0.35 / 1K views (80K minimum, up to 1M paid views per platform)
Bonus: Top performers who drive stronger sales or provide standout view quality are eligible for an additional bonus on top of the base rate.
