Responsibilities

Administration and further development of existing Identity and Access Management solutions for our customers in the DACH region
Consulting our customers regarding the specification of interfaces in Identity and Access Management
Analysis, monitoring and troubleshooting in IAM processes, interfaces and workflows
Participation in the automation of authorization and provisioning processes
Close cooperation with security and application teams

Requirements

You have gained experience in the IT environment (IT studies or training as a basis), are familiar with technical support at the 2nd or 3rd level, and are looking for an entry into Identity and Access Management
You are familiar with the administration of databases, networks, and Internet technologies (protocols, network structures, interfaces such as Rest API)
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) and HR/AD processes is a plus
Structured, service-oriented way of working and good communication skills
Proficient in English and German (C1)
