Job Title: Referral Partner for Virtual Interior Design Studio

About the Role
I’m looking to connect with a small number of independent referral partners who are already well-connected within the residential construction and design industry.
This is not a cold-calling or appointment-setting position. I am specifically looking for people who already have genuine industry relationships and can make introductions when they encounter someone who could benefit from our services. My studio handles the consultation, proposal, sales process, and design work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is a great fit for someone with current or previous experience in the following areas:
- Manufacturer’s representative
- Building-products representative
- Custom home sales professional
- Cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, or furniture representative
- Design-center professional
- Individuals with established relationships with custom builders, architects, developers, designers, or homeowners building higher-end homes
Compensation
- Commission: 10% of eligible professional design fees actually collected from clients you directly introduce to Lauren Ashley Design.
- Example: If you refer a new client who pays $15,000 in eligible design fees, your total referral commission would be $1,500.
- Exclusions: Furniture/product purchases, taxes, freight/shipping, reimbursable expenses, and other pass-through costs are excluded from the commission calculation.
- Payment Terms: There is no payment for leads that do not become paying clients; commissions are paid based on funds actually collected by the studio.

- Employment Type: This is an independent referral partnership, not a traditional employment position.
- Network Strategy: I am intentionally looking for a small number of quality relationships rather than building a large affiliate network.
