Hi there. We are Interledger Foundation and are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to build the entire support function for our Wallet from the ground up. This is a contractor position, initially.
Compensation: USD 6700/month

Requirements
- Understanding of web and mobile applications
- Comfortable troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and system behavior
- Ability to operate autonomously and make pragmatic operational decisions
- 5+ years of experience
Nice to Haves
- Experience supporting financial infrastructure or cross-border payment systems
- Prior experience in open-source or nonprofit environments
- Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
- Experience defining on-call rotations and incident response frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools
- Experience with distributed scaling or remote support teams
