About the Role
Halogen Engineering Group is seeking a Web Developer to develop test procedures for software components and generate software documentation.
Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework per week, however telework hours will depend on tasking) Shift: Day Travel Required: No
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience
- Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI
- Polygraph: Required
- Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using with Jira and Confluence
- Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software
- Experience with the following software development skills:
- React
- Java
- CGI
- Visual Basic
- HTML
- XML
Desired Skills

- Nifi
Qualifications
- A Master's degree with two (2) years of web development experience OR
- Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of web development experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university OR
- A High School Diploma or GED with nine (9) years of web development experience.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $172K to $206K (annualized USD)
- Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
