The Role
We are building more agentic features into Mastra, including trace intelligence and Agent Learning features to automatically self-improve agents (Autoevals, suggestions, and rollouts).
Additionally, we are increasingly running Mastra primitives—such as memory—against industry-standard benchmarks and using the results to fine-tune configuration.
Requirements
- Experience shipping agents and agentic applications into production.
- Proven ability to tune and tweak agents to improve accuracy.
- Ability to benchmark results against existing datasets or intelligently create new ones.
