Job Title: Landlord Outreach Specialist
About the Role
We are a small team assisting self-managing landlords who are struggling with tenant communication, rent tracking, and daily administrative tasks. We are not a property management company. We help owners organize rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant messages, eliminating the need to juggle texts, emails, and spreadsheets.
We are seeking someone to identify and contact landlords or small investors (through Facebook groups, Craigslist, forums, networking, etc.) and make warm introductions to owners genuinely interested in a simpler way to manage their rentals.
No hard selling or closing is required. This role focuses on initiating conversations and making introductions.
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to potential landlords through various online channels.
- Make warm introductions to landlords interested in our services.
- Explain our services clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating with people.
- Knowledge of online spaces where landlords congregate.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly without sounding spammy.
Compensation
- $200 per activated landlord (flexible depending on experience and results).
- Activated = landlord completes onboarding + connects at least 1 property.
- Paid within 7 days.
