[Hiring] Part-Time Bakery Operations Assistant

I'm looking for someone to help grow the customer base for my home bakery. This is a part-time opportunity with an opportunity for more hours as the business grows.
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $15/hour
- Hours: 5 - 10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Responsibilities
- Create engaging Facebook and Instagram content
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
- Help maintain and update our website (Squarespace or Shopify experience preferred)
- Assist with rebuilding and organizing our online ordering system
- Help manage customer orders and communications
- Organize business operations and administrative tasks
- Brainstorm new ideas to help grow the bakery and expand our online presence
Ideal Candidate
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable creating content for Facebook and Instagram
- Experience using Canva
- Comfortable editing short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiar with Squarespace and/or Shopify
- Strong written communication skills
- Excited to help a small business grow
This position is primarily remote and offers a flexible schedule. Being local to the Atlanta area would be a HUGE bonus, as there may occasionally be opportunities to assist with bakery orders, pickups, events, or other in-person tasks.
