About the Role
A cutting-edge global leader in live video software is seeking an HR Lead to join an elite team as a full-time, permanent employee. You will own the day-to-day HR function end-to-end for approximately 90–100 employees in a remote, global company.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent employee experience, ensuring strong compliance foundations, administering benefits, and implementing scalable performance and engagement systems as the company grows. We are looking for an inspirational leader to head all day-to-day HR practices and champion a strong culture of caring and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience partnering with leadership and serving as the primary point of contact for all HR operations.
- Proven experience rolling out OKRs.
- Experience with Rippling is a huge plus.
- A proven history of building successful HR policies and practices.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments is a huge plus.
