About the Role

We want ML engineers to shorten the path from a research idea to a live trading strategy. You’ll work with quant researchers, HPC specialists and software engineers in one of two overlapping areas:

ML research engineering: distributed training pipelines, experiment automation, and making training faster and cheaper to run at scale.
ML performance engineering: low-latency, real-time inference, and getting the most out of GPUs.

Stack

Stack includes: PyTorch, CUDA

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on ML systems work
Production Python code you’ve owned over time
You should understand what happens beneath the high-level APIs and measure performance before you optimize
Depth in distributed training, GPU optimization, real-time inference or numerics at scale is a big plus
