We're a fast-scaling performance-marketing & software company operating at serious volume, and we need a sharp, detail-oriented coordinator to keep the operation running smoothly. Project management + client outreach + executive support. Not a seat-warmer — you'll run meetings, keep tasks moving, and drive new-business follow-ups.
**What you'll own**
* Run weekly team meetings (agendas, decisions, tasks, follow-up)
* Keep our task system (Teamwork) current and projects moving
* Manage & update our CRM (Pipedrive); chase prospects so no lead goes cold
* Own deadlines and keep everyone accountable — nothing falls through the cracks
* Act as the CEO's partner in execution: prioritize, flag risks, research
**What you need**
* Experience in project coordination, business development, or executive/VA support
* Excellent written + verbal English
* Highly organized, proactive, comfortable holding others accountable
* Pipedrive / Teamwork (or similar) a plus
Remote · Part-time, 10–20 hrs/week · Must overlap America/Chicago (CST). Competitive, DOE + performance bonuses.
