Job Title: B2B Cold Email Expert / Outbound Consultant

About the Role
I'm looking for an experienced B2B SaaS cold email / outbound sales person to help me build and improve an outbound prospecting system for a small B2B SaaS company.
This is not primarily a lead-generation VA role. I'm looking for someone who has actually run successful outbound campaigns and can help me figure out what works.
Responsibilities
I'm looking for help with the following:
- Building a practical outbound strategy
- Defining account and contact selection criteria
- Finding useful buying signals / triggers
- Prospect research methodology
- Cold email messaging and personalization
- Follow-up sequences
- Deliverability and campaign setup
- Testing different approaches
- Defining KPIs and evaluating results
- Creating a repeatable process
The goal is to work together initially, build a proven process, and then potentially continue with ongoing consulting/advising.
Requirements
I am particularly interested in people who can show actual results from B2B cold email campaigns, rather than people who have only used tools like Apollo or Instantly.
