About the Role
Our ambassador program has been one of the most powerful growth channels for Nomad Insurance Essential since 2019, driving more than 35% of sales. This Partnerships Manager role brings that proven model to a new b2c product: Nomad Insurance Complete.
You'll be among the first dedicated to building its ambassador program from the ground up. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Experimenting with new strategies
- Sourcing potential partners
- Pitching the program
- Onboarding new ambassadors
- Growing the program over time
