Salesforce Analyst Sr

Mission:

Execute development and implementation activities for high-complexity solutions for the client, using specific tools and agile methodologies, and be responsible for identifying improvement needs and project architecture, as well as being technically responsible for the development of customizations and supporting the team in sharing experiences and techniques, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction with deliveries.

Responsibilities

Configuration and Implementation of Solutions: Design high-complexity solutions, working on the configuration and implementation of standard solutions and supporting the parameterization of CRM platforms, ensuring quality in deliveries.
Roadmap: Collaborate in the creation and management of the project roadmap, monitoring progress and ensuring strategic and operational alignment.
Governance: Act in the maintenance of security, integrity, and application of good practices in CRM platforms, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Project Documentation: Produce and review knowledge base, project, and delivery documentation, ensuring structured and accessible records of technical decisions.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments, identifying potential problems and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the continuity and success of projects.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and solutions, proposing and implementing initiatives that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
