About the Role

We're a small B2B advertising agency looking for a Social Media Manager to manage content posting and engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. We have a solid amount of website and video content and are looking for someone with social media skills and a passion for marketing to promote it on the platforms we value.

Requirements

• Understanding of best practices for content posting on LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
• 1+ years of experience writing social media for an ad agency or founder-led B2B company
• 1+ years of experience writing content on LinkedIn
• 1+ years of experience writing content on Reddit
• 1+ years of experience writing YouTube video descriptions and content.
• Experience with advertising terms and industry knowledge
• Experience engaging with other profiles to boost our brand's exposure
• Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing
• Understanding of B2B SaaS advertising
• Experience replying to comments and messages on LinkedIn and Reddit
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• This position is Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST.

Responsibilities

• Write social media posts for LinkedIn
• Write social media posts for Reddit
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and Reddit
• Post on LinkedIn daily or every other day
• Post on Reddit daily or every other day
• Review and edit
• Request images and other creatives from our designers.
• Perform keyword research and optimize YouTube video descriptions.

Compensation

We are open to either an entry-level candidate or mid-level experience with an expected salary in the $40,000 - $50,000 range annually, depending on experience. Salary will be reevaluated after 3 months.
