AI Application Engineer
Forward-deployed role focused on shipping LLM features close to real users.
- Iterate on real-world usage.
- Design guardrails and evaluation frameworks.
- Work with RAG, agents, prompt and context engineering, and tool orchestration.
- Bonus Skills: Conversational/voice AI, fine-tuning, healthcare AI, MCP.
Product Engineer
Own features end-to-end, from scoping and building to shipping, measuring, and iterating.
- Requires strong product sense and a UX obsession for a sensitive health product.
- Bonus Skills: Consumer or health product experience, early-stage startup experience.
