About AiMi

AiMi builds agentic AI infrastructure for capital markets. We create autonomous agents that ingest venue and vendor notifications, assess impact across client infrastructure, and drive change management workflows in real time. We are replacing what used to be manual, static processes for exchanges and their operations teams. We are a live production platform, not a pilot.

The Role

You will work across the full stack, including React/TypeScript frontend, Node.js backend, and AWS Lambda. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shipping features in the agent pipeline.
  • Building MCP-based connectors and skills that extend agent capabilities.
  • Running evals on agent accuracy and reliability.
  • Building observability and alerting for agent latency, error rates, and failed workflows.
  • Making long-running LLM, agent, and SSE calls resilient (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, fail-fast, recovery).
  • Diagnosing dependency/version conflicts in a Node.js/npm monorepo.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid background in Node.js and REST APIs.
  • Real hands-on work with LLMs or agent frameworks (e.g., Mastra, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Claude, OpenAI).
  • Comfortable with AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with MongoDB/DynamoDB.
  • A commitment to testing what you ship (unit, integration, e2e).
  • Familiarity with spec-driven development (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, CodeRabbit) is a real plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Capital markets or trading infrastructure background.
  • Experience with LLM observability tooling (e.g., Langfuse).
  • SSE streaming experience.
  • Experience with PostHog.

Why Join Us

  • Make real architectural decisions at an early-stage company.
  • Experience visible impact from week one.
  • Room to grow into a senior or lead role as the company scales.
