[Hiring] FULL REMOTE: Social Media Manager (TikTok + Instagram)
Source: reddit-r-forhire
About the Role
If you're tired of aesthetic clinics making the bad reviews disappear, you're in the right place.
EsteTrue is an app where patients review aesthetic doctors and the reviews stay up. Clinics can't delete them, and patients can post under an alias. Real doctors, real reviews, zero "my cousin's friend said she's good."
We're launching country by country (US, UK, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Romania, and more), and we're hiring one social media manager in each. You'd be the person who makes us sound local. This is a full remote position.
Responsibilities
- Run our TikTok and Instagram in your country from your own phone, posting every day (using our ready-made videos plus your own).
- Film 30 short videos a month (15-45 seconds): your face, your voice, your language. We supply the brief and the hook.
- Review our captions before they go out and localize the language to ensure it sounds natural.
- Share our posts in local groups and answer comments like a real person.
Compensation
- Fixed Pay: Up to €1,000/month, depending on your country.
- Commission: +20% of the first 6 payments of every subscription you bring in, paid as they come in.
- Payment Schedule: In your first month, we pay after every video. After that, you will be paid monthly.
- Earning Potential Example: If you bring in 10 new doctors every month, the commissions stack. From month 6, they could reach ~€3,588 a month on top of your fixed pay.
Requirements
- You never give medical advice. You talk about the app; our doctors talk about treatments.
- You must post from a phone in your country (no VPN).
- No big following is needed. If you've grown an account before, show us. If you haven't, show us 2 videos you filmed.
