About the Role
The Growth Design team is the engine connecting our technology to the success of those who undertake. We are responsible for translating our value proposition into experiences that convert leads into customers and ensure a fluid and strategic onboarding.
As a Senior Design Manager, you will have a central role in the evolution of our Growth strategy (PLG). Your mission will be to lead and develop a multidisciplinary and international team (Brazil and Argentina), ensuring that design is a pillar of sustainable value generation for the business and for our merchants.
Your Challenges
- Lead and develop a team of Product Designers and UI Developers, ensuring a high-performance environment.
- Influence and align the design strategy with senior stakeholders, including C-levels and Marketing and Product leaders.
- Connect strategic business objectives to high-impact design solutions, focusing on growth, acquisition, and retention levers.
- Co-lead the Product Growth roadmap (Onboarding, Ecosystem, Billing, and Landing pages Squads) prioritizing based on data and potential impact on GMV and company monetization.
- Ensure the quality and depth of the discovery processes, validating hypotheses with customers and market analysis to guide assertive decisions.
- Ensure the consistency and evolution of our Design System across all growth interfaces.
- Foster a culture of agile experimentation, monitoring metrics and iterating solutions with a focus on real results.
Requirements
- Solid experience in leading Product Design teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments of high scale.
- Mastery of Growth strategies and business models focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Ability to manage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in highly complex scenarios.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire design cycle: from discovery and research to high-fidelity technical delivery and metric monitoring.
- Familiarity with the management of hybrid profiles and interfaces that connect design to development (HTML/CSS).
- Analytical and data-driven profile, with pragmatism to solve complex problems with simple and effective solutions.
- English communication skills.
