Job Title: Commission-Based Client Partner for Full-Stack/Web Development Projects (40% Share)
About the Role
We are a small two-person development team seeking a commission-based Client Partner to bring in clients for web development, full-stack applications, and automation projects. You will focus on client acquisition, and we will handle project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Find clients who need websites, custom software, SaaS MVPs, automations, integrations, or similar work.
- Negotiate and finalize pricing with the client.
- Coordinate initial requirements and hand them over to us.
Compensation
- You will receive 40% of the project revenue after the quote is checked with us.
- You are free to set the pricing with the client.
- There is no cap, no fixed salary, and no restrictions on how many clients you can bring.

- Full-stack web apps (front-end + back-end)
- Websites (business sites, landing pages, portfolio sites, e-commerce basics, etc.)
- Automation systems and productivity tools
We handle development, deployment, communication, updates, and delivery.
