Job Title: Sports Video Editor
Source: reddit-r-forhire
About the Role
Aylex Academies is looking for talented video editors who don't just know editing, but know the game. We run four YouTube channels dedicated to coaching and sports content:

We believe that an editor who understands the nuances of the sport—such as the difference between a drop shot and a smash, or a draw and a fade—edits with purpose. You will be responsible for turning coaching sessions and drills into engaging, easy-to-follow videos that highlight what truly matters to players.

- Experience: Proven experience as a video editor for YouTube content.
- Sports Knowledge: Must play, follow, or genuinely understand at least one of the sports listed above.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of terminology, rules, and techniques to identify key moments and cut at the right time.
- Storytelling: Ability to create engaging, high-quality content from raw coaching footage.
Compensation
- Rate: Pay is a share of the YouTube channel’s revenue; compensation is performance-based.
