About the Role
We're building an AI platform for credit unions. You'll be joining a small team and have real ownership over the AI stack and architecture. Our platform uses a variety of tools (third-party integrations + RAG) backed by multiple LLM options, including OLMo, running in our own AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You'll be working on:
- Retrieval over heterogeneous corpora with citations
- Agent orchestration and tool calling
- Model serving infrastructure
- Third-party API integration
There's also room to experiment with:
- Hierarchical retrieval
- Heavier upfront document processing
- Custom agent tooling
Future work will include:
- Fine-tuning
- More direct compute management
- Interpretability work
Requirements
- A few years of experience building production systems.
