About the Role
We're building software that helps employers replace traditional group health insurance with individual plans, making healthcare less expensive and easier to navigate for everyone involved. We're doing it now because recent regulatory changes and advances in AI have made it possible. We're building at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, compliance, and AI.
Implementation is getting cheaper; engineering judgment is not.
We're looking for engineers who enjoy:
- Turning ambiguous problems into production systems.
- Working across product and architecture.
- Reviewing AI-generated code.
- Building leverage through automation.
- Shipping quickly without creating a maintenance disaster.
Requirements
- Strong Python or TypeScript experience (or equivalent).
- Good judgment and strong communication skills.
- US residency is required.
- Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone or nearby.
