About the Role
We are building an outbound calling team for Synthqs, an AI automation agency. We work with US/UK businesses (mainly real estate & car dealerships) and help them handle missed calls, qualify leads, and book appointments using an AI receptionist system.
This is NOT a sales closing role.
Your only responsibility is to:
- Call businesses
- Reach the decision maker (owner/manager)
- Qualify if they’re facing missed calls / lead handling issues
- Book a meeting with our team
You are NOT expected to sell anything on the call.
Call Structure (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Keep calls short (1–3 minutes max)
- No long explanations
- No technical deep dives
Focus only on:
- Checking interest
- Booking a meeting
If someone asks deeper questions:
- Simply move them to a scheduled meeting.
Who You’ll Be Calling
- US-based businesses
- Real estate companies
- Car dealerships
- Business owners / decision makers only (No pitching to receptionists)
Requirements
- Experience in US cold calling (must)
- Good spoken English (clear & confident)
- Able to handle basic objections
- Understands how to control a call (not over-talking)
- Can stay consistent daily
Daily Expectation
- 40–50 calls per day
- Focus on quality conversations
- Update call status properly
- Share hot leads immediately
Compensation
- Commission-based
- 10% per closed deal (from your booked meetings)
We’re working with high-ticket services, so strong earning potential if you’re consistent.
Setup
- Calling system + process will be provided
- Leads will be shared (Google Sheet)
- Script + flow will be explained
Important
This role is for people who understand outbound calling and meeting booking. Not suitable for beginners or people looking for training.
