About the Role:

First Step AI is seeking a full-stack developer to build AI-powered SaaS products for international clients (Australia, US). The initial project involves developing a tour management SaaS for the music industry. This includes a desktop admin app (Next.js) and a mobile companion app (React Native/Expo) for iOS and Android. Design is done in Lovable.

Stack:

• Next.js 14+
• TypeScript
• Tailwind + shadcn/ui
• Supabase
• React Native (Expo)
• Vercel

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years full-stack experience with production Next.js and React Native work
• Strong Supabase skills (Auth, Postgres, Realtime, Edge Functions)
• Daily use of AI dev tools is required. (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or similar)
• Pixel-accurate implementation from design references
• Self-managed with async-first communication
• India-based, 40-45 hrs/week, WFH
• NDA required

Nice to Have:

• n8n
• Claude API/OpenRouter
• Expo EAS
• Prior SaaS product work

Compensation:

• INR 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 for this project (4-6 week deadline)
• Transitions to a monthly retainer at the same rate if things work out.
